Tough Enough!
This one had me mentally checking out a few times, chunks of time when I was running are missing!
As many times you can do this in an hour.
Run about 600-800 m.
50 Pull-ups
50Push-ups
50 KB American swing what ever weight is enough to make you question your sanity.

My View on Diet
My View on Diet is super simple and easy. What makes humans unique is our ability to think, reason and adapt. We are designed to survive. This means when our resources are gone we find or make new ones. There are so many Diets out there, I consider each and every one of them unnecessary. Eat meat, don't eat meat, eat carbs don't eat carbs, high fat, low fat. Then there is trans fat and processed foods. All this could be debated for eternity, but why.
Here is my revolutionary theory. Eat what ever you want just not all the time. Oh ya don't be an "A" hole and pig out on anything either. The bottom line is we know there will be more food tomorrow so don't eat like its your last meal. You have no reason to have to loosen your belt at the end of a meal.

Fitness By Any Means Necessary!
Fit: (1) To be the correct size and shape. (2) To be appropriate. (3) To be or make suitable. (4) Physically healthy. (5) suited, adapted, or adequate for a particular circumstance or purpose.
So my best understanding of physical fitness for us is. In life we are faced with the need to adapt to different circumstances. We may need to get bigger or smaller depending on what our life's obstacles and ambitions are. we may need to increase our speed or stamina, be more agile and flexible. or maybe we just want to be a little easier on the eyes. But we must always be physically healthy.
the one constant in my training theory is " Fitness must be achieved by any means necessary"!
